I am a very hard stick and the poor phlebotomists felt personally bad when they could not get that first try. Two of them tried to manipulate the stick, but just could not coax anything out. It seemed like a great vein too. The second stick was a charm! These women were great! I have had a lifetime of multiple sticks so I expect it; they, I think, thought they let me down…they were fantastic!

Have a chronic lower back and neck issue. Learned tips and my hip no longer slips out. However after 2 months my back is no better and neck was never addressed. During my last visit “Kim, “ got on me for not being stronger and allegedly not practicing at home.not true! I specifically asked her what I should do during my first visit. She said “I want you to focus on your posture and core by tightening stomach.” But never said to do stretches or anything of substance. When I brought this to her attention I received an attitude saying she didn’t know she had to explain it and joked by saying she’d write out the exercises (on last visit after stating that I was not improving) Correct me if I’m wrong but shouldn’t a therapist give us a copy with instructions . She assumed that I did nothing. Then I discovered that the review stated that I refused to come in 3 days a week. My schedule did not allow this most of the time, but I did so when I could even though “3 sessions per week” was not stressed to me as they claimed. Not returning ever!

Nobody likes going to have their blood drawn. I'm no exception. However, they are close to my home, never have to wait long, and the staff is friendly and professional. They are also very good at what they do. Everything you want for a lab visit. Highly reccommended.
