We have been here twice, once for an abrasion on my toddlers chin and today for treatment of stomach flu. They have been quick, courteous, affordable and practical each time. I was able to receive IV fluids and an anti nausea medication this evening and feel like I may be on the mend! Thank you to Brooke and Mandy, my providers.

My only criticism is their front desk attendant is a little short with people, she just doesn’t seem happy. I’m sure she deals with all types of wild folks, but in customer service sometimes you have to fake it till you make it!

We would return as needed and would recommend to others in the community.

I recently visited this urgent care with my daughter and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with one of the providers, Sandra Ruppe. While I appreciate the importance of testing, I felt that my concerns as a parent—and as a nurse—were dismissed. Despite informing her that my daughter had prolonged exposure to a family member who had tested positive for the flu just two days prior, she relied solely on rapid test results and refused to consider the possibility of early testing inaccuracies.

Patient-centered care involves listening and considering all factors, including clinical judgment beyond test results. Due to this, I had to seek care elsewhere to ensure my daughter received the appropriate treatment. I encourage others to advocate for themselves and their loved ones if they feel unheard.

Great experience every time I come. Front desk ladies are always so sweet and I always get prompt care even if there is a wait they move as fast as they can. God bless this facility and everyone who works here

This is where I have always taken my children an have never had a issue until tonight. I have dealt with some very nice an sweet doctors there an have been wonderful with my 2 austic kids. Tonight I was meet with the rudest lady named Jennifer at the window the curly blondish haired lady. We was checked in an I signed papers an all an then all the sudden she started popping off about I owed a bill n refused to see my children because i owe a bill I repeatedly told her I didn't owe a bill there she became more aggressive an popping off slamming window open an shut I left came back in asking for a copy of the bill to only get it an see my balance was zero dollars that really made her worse so then she stated the kids did pulled it up it was when my child was 7 an I didn't have her in my custody then I took her in after that an the bill should be on bio parents at the time while trying to explain it an ask her to call manger back she became more upset after seeing it was getting no where with her an before I lost my temporary I was walking out after I ask for number to reach manger an her name a gentlemen in lobby stopped me an ask how much bill was for my child I told him 35 dollars he could tell they both was sick he repeatedly told me she had a problem an was rude while tlking to me she slung window open again an popped off telling me to leave the building now an I said he was speaking to me he them approached window where she was very rude with him he was trying to pay the 35 dollars so we could be seen cause I didn't have no money on me an she rudley told him to stay out of it an he became upset with her telling her she wasn't gonna speak with him that way an she was being rude an uncalled for an again repeated to him she wasn't excepting the money . An as he walked back to me to say he's sorry an he will report her as well she slung window back open treating to call the law an said she was gonna charge me with treasspassing why because she has a issue an she shouldn't be in that position at all an every doctor there knows me an my children an have always been super sweet an nice an great with my kids . I'm very upset with how we was done an I hope you have cameras an see her behavior cause when she was calling the so called manger she was walking off an im sorry she feed u a line of smoke she is yalls problem. An since she refused money that she made such a bug deal about why was my babies not seen an had to go home sick as a dog possibly flu or more cause hospitals have 5 hr waits I'd like to speak to owner an I hope u watch the video on her tonight an would love to tell my side an u actually see this person ruining ur place of bussiness in action

Would have had a better experience with Helen Keller as my doctor. I really thought it could not get much worse than Grace hospital, but apparently this location really takes the cake. Certainly hope that you read the reviews. I understand wanting to wish for the best but save your money and go to a different location.

The curly blonde receptionist is very rude! She doesnt care how sick you are. She acts like she hates her job.They care more about money than helping people. If you dont have the money dont waste your time. Im pregnant with the flu and they wouldnt see me.

This place is pointless the reason why no cars are hardly there is because they tell people no I did not have the money to pay them and was having a allergic reaction to aspirin yesterday. My eyes were almost shut and my throat,I live on 126 and had to drive from their office 181 to grace hospital. The Dr at the ER told me my throat was swollen almost shut. This building is a waste of space and can't really help anyone who is need unless they have $$$ and rude to people who can't pay right away.

My boyfriend went in because of sever pain in his shoulder. He could barely move it and had numbness in his fingers. He was seen by a student and she said that she didn’t know what it was. The Dr finally came in and said it’s muscular and there was nothing they could do, and that an X-ray wouldn’t be worth it because it’s muscular. We explained his insurance was expiring in a few days and that the X-ray might be beneficial, but she said she didn’t recommend and would refer him to a bone and joint doctor. He never received a referral. He ended up going to a different urgent care, in even more pain now, and they did the X-ray this time and diagnosed him. Now he needs surgery. I know sometimes doctors misdiagnose, but this Dr didn’t even take the time out of her day to really investigate what was going on. I don’t recommend coming here you’re better off somewhere else.
