I went to this clinic in Nolensville on Sunday, July 6, 2025. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Donna, one of the nurses, and Lisa, the person who checks people in. Another nurse, whose name I cannot recall, answered my questions very thoroughly. They really took time to help me! I would highly recommend this clinic!

After moving to the area, I had several appointments at this Vandy clinic over a couple years to maintain existing prescriptions, but go elsewhere if you are seeking a diagnosis for anything concerning. I am now getting effiective treatment outside the Vanderbilt network.

Good experience at the Walk-in clinic. Check in person was efficient, nurse was caring and careful to be sure my information was correct, and the provider could not have been better. She took time to listen, thorough exam, and thoughtful recommendations. I will not hesitate to return, if needed. So thankful to have this clinic close.

I went to this facility in July 2024. Upon registering, I was told by the front desk that there would be no co-pay. The provider I saw advised me to use two over the counter medications. I got no better, so when I returned home, I went to my primary care provider who gave me an antibiotic and I began to improve. Vanderbilt sent me a bill for $414.00. I would never have gone ahead with treatment if I had known the cost. I have spoken to Vanderbilt billing and they will not stand behind the information I got from the front desk associate. I expect the person taking care of check-in and co-pays to know how much they need to collect and I believe a business should take responsibility for employee mistakes. Wrong information combined with a misdiagnosis should not have a price tag of $400+. I don't intend to ever go back to this clinic.

After our horrible experience at Stonecrest Medical Center ER (see my review on them); we left and I took my wife to Nolensville’s Vanderbilt walk-in clinic. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon and were met with genuine concern and empathy for my wife’s wound. She was immediately treated with great care for the head wound that required seven staples. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff.

I had a great experience at this doctor office. I made an appointment same day and was taken care of in and out in an hour..... I dread going to the doctor's office because it usually takes half a day. Thank you to the staff here for being efficient while taking care of me. I will return to this office if need be and recommend this office.
