Terrible billing process! They can’t even send patients a bill before sending you to collections. Very frustrating and disrespectful service from the billing department. I don’t believe they understand how to bill insurance as the staff told me it would cost $40 copay but billing was sending $220 to collections.

I visited Amanda for a routine physical to maintain my insurance requirements. I felt like I was being rushed out of the office rather than receiving a comprehensive exam and discussion of my health. Unfortunately that was just the beginning, as three months later I am still receiving MULTIPLE additional bills because the office decided to code my routine physical as multiple different kinds of office visits. I have never had this problem with any other provider taking advantage of my billing statements. Needless to say, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this primary care clinic.

Been seeing Amanda for 15+ years. She is wonderful but since the change to Vanderbilt they have taken in so many patients irresponsibly that an appointment to see GP is booked 2+ months out.

Was told I could not talk to her until December for a simple physical therapy referral for a serious herniated disk I had been hospitalized for; when that would be months too late to start physical therapy.

Sad to see the best clinic in Nolensville end up like this.

As many other reviews have stated, this clinic is just too busy. I don’t know if it’s a Vanderbilt issue but you get about 4 minutes with a provider. It takes months to get scheduled for virtually everything. God forbid you have to reschedule an appointment because it will be 3 months before you can get rescheduled. My provider stopped working Fridays and I was rescheduled months out for my annual physical. I accidentally cancelled my follow up blood draw online on a Saturday for a Monday morning appointment. I was attempting to cancel another appt when I received the prepayment requirement of $500 for a mammogram (which no one discussed when booking the appt). When I showed up fasting at 9am, the new front desk girl told me the appt was filled. I told her that I only cancelled the other appt, she argued with me telling me I had cancelled both and she could see it “right here” and then read my cancellation reason out loud which was identical between the two appts. As i sat in the parking lot looking for a new provider online, not a single patient was taken back during my appt time. A 4 minute blood draw and she somehow booked it in the one hour they had been open, yet no patients were being taken back. Her tone was argumentative and unprofessional while providing no resolutions beyond filling in a 1pm (fasting) which wasn’t an option. I realize it was my mistake (assuming I did it and it wasn’t a system error) to cancel but 1. This is a business and 2. I am a patient seeking care for my health - I’ve only been in the Vanderbilt network for a couple years and I am not impressed with the high production mentality of their clinics thus far. Somehow I’m also charged after annual visits as well $78 for a covered physical after my copay. I’ll be finding another clinic and hoping I’ll have a better experience than I have at this clinic.

First visit, was establishing new patient/PCP with this office. Found the staff to be engaging and pleasant, helpful, both front desk and the NP staff. More importantly, they took time to treat me like a patient, I never felt like a customer they wanted in and out. I cannot validate the negative reviews here, as I had a great experience.

I can’t speak highly enough of the doctors and staff at this office. I see Dr Katuin who is amazing and my dad sees Caleb Hancock and he is equally amazing. The nurses have always been friendly and helpful as has the front office. Highly recommend!

If you live in the Nolensville area, this is the primary care practice that you want to go to. They are extremely professional and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with Hannah Scheitel as my medical provider.
