Conveniently located in the middle of Starke, this is a great primary care doctor's office. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get in for appointments. No problem with new patients and accepts most insurance. Really good with reminder and follow up calls.

Was seen by Alicia and she did absolutely nothing to aid in my health. Then they wanted to keep making appointments and was rude when I told them I didn’t need/want to see her. Oh and let’s not forget they charge you for your own medical records but won’t tell you how much. Beware!!!! Not a good place to go

Literally go to the er next time. Least they care. Thought I broke my ankle. Couldnt walk on it and it was just hanging. Borrowed a boot so I could walk to the dr and relieve the pain. They were only concerned about where I got the boot from not my ankle. Made them take an xray and all they said was wasnt broken ok what's wrong can you feel my ankle tell me something no just dont wear the boot. Continued to wear the boot cause I knew something was wrong. Few days later my ankle popped back into place. Wouldn't you know dislocated it and they couldnt have cared less. Waste of money. When they walked me to the xray everyone saw I couldnt even walk I had to use a nurse or hop your gonna tell me it's just bruised

I am not sure what's going on here but they seemed unprofessional this visit. I noted that I had chest pain the past few days, and they just took my blood pressure and let me go. I paid $40 and waited too long for no reason after driving 40 minutes to get there. After that they let me walk out with no explanation or recommendations based on this visit. Just wanted to rush me out.

First visit was thorough and much better..so I guess it just depends on who you get.

If you're looking for a milking Doctor then you have found the right ones. My husband has been going there for over 10 years and has watched countless of patients being scammed from a 25 dollar no show fee to talking to the actual Dr for only 5 min and charging the insurance for an hour. And how they are getting around it in that 5 min you spent to see the Dr and do your blood work. They call you back to tell you come back in for 5 more minutes to tell you what you already know is wrong and charging the insurance company another hour. God forbid you have multiple things wrong with you because this is a milking Dr in their eyes it's one thing at a time. And if you call them out on it they won't call in your medicine that they prescribe to you and have been taking for over 10 years but the sad thing about it is coming off these medications can drive someone insane and if you tell the Dr's this he will call the police on you to cover their tracks. So my suggestion is if you like paying milking Dr's you have found the right place or find a Dr that will listen to you more than 5 minutes. So peace out starke family medical group.

Find another place! My Doctor out office can't or won't say if he will return so had to find another Dr. I call for copy of my medical records and this need if their fault and want to charge me for my records. 63 and never has a Dr. Office asked for payment. Additionally, pretty incompetent place every single prescription ever subscribed took me 2-4 trips to get it right.

I was with this clinic for 2 years. It was amazing staff all the way around but lately it seems like the personnel at the desk doesn't care about patients any more.
I called and talked to them for over a week and I was told that they was working on it but when I showed up after 10 or 11 days they were lost , no body passed the messages to the doctor, knowing that it was a serious problem because of my health problem. That could caused more serious issues but they didn't care.
My respect and admiration to miss Courtney Kelly she will help in any way even if is not related to your health always respect her she is en angel

Staff are extremely rude. The provider was nice but not very helpful. I called to make a second appointment and got hung up on. Just about everyone there seems to have a permanent bad attitude. Never going back.
