Absolutely the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I went to my apartment on Friday. Had X-rays done and was told to call the following Monday for my results. I call and they have no record of my visit, no record of my X-ray results. Absolutely nothing on file for me. This has been a complete and total waste of time and money and I am no closer to recovery then I was before I wasted my time driving and hour and half to go see these people.

If I could give negative reviews, I would! CCSaw Dr JUSTIN Hare, do not care for him at all, he doesn't listen. Told him I was having lower back pain, he tried to schedule me for epidural in my NECK! Prescribed a pain med I was not comfortable with at ALL, he road me that it was too bad, he's already made his recommendation & wasn't going to change it. When I asked for an MRI, v her looked at me & said "you know you can't have anymore surgeries, right?" AS IF!!! I simply wanted to find the reason for all the pain. Life was better with Dr. Josh Hare, at least he*LISTENED*

Man this place is the worst! I told them my pain is at a 7, Doctor said he was going to give me something orally for my pain, walked out, and they told me to leave. I’m telling this Dr Hare guy my kidneys/ back is killing me to the point I’m losing sleep. I have 7 broken bones, and they treat my like I have a splinter. all the dr said was, “ your x-ray seems ok” so now we don’t listen to the Patient, we look at Graphs to judge people’s pain? Maybe if I was white he would have take extra care of me, seeing there’s not a person of color that works In this office. This place is some B.S!

I was referred to this office by a physician within Hamilton Physicians Group. This practice has effectively wasted my time and delayed appropriate treatment by at least two months and I was finally told today by the physician that he did not want to treat me outright.

I question the ethics of any medical provider who has no regard for their patients. The other reviews that state they do not care about their patients are certainly spot on. People with chronic conditions should be especially weary of this office; they agreed to assume my care only to reject treatment within three weeks (without justifiable reason). If you're looking for dependability of continuity of care, this is NOT the place.

I have only been one time. I saw Zack Porch. I was referred by my Primary Physician. They checked me out thoroughly and had me sign papers about dealing with narcotics. I was prescribed a mild pain pill to check my need or side effects. Every one was great including the nurse who cleaned up my accident getting a urine sample. MY opinion of the complainers is they wanted drugs a little to much and were upset when they didn't get them.

at one time i gave these guys 5 stars. but my last trip was it for me. i went in for back pain expecting to get pin point injections in my back did they do that no they gave them to me in my hip joints now my pain has tripled and i cant even stand up i had no problems with my hips at all before this. they stop listening. and just do what ever makes them the most money i will never go back.

Took my 77 yr old mother there that had fibromyalgia,two herniated disc, degenerate disk,so much more that it's too much to put ...But the nurse practitioner acted like my mother was there for opioids Only....pissed me off so bad that we left....that nurse practitioner talked to my mother Awful very very disrespectful to her if my mother did not need help we would have never went there we was wanting some kinda therapy that she can do but that nurse was so very very rude
