This is Kammi McKinney, Nolan Smith’s mom! I wanted to say Margot is my absolute favorite doctor we have seen at Warren Pediatrics! We are coming from Kane so we prefer the Warren office which is where we were seen yesterday by Dr Butler! She went above and beyond for my child. She was patient with him. She would wait for him to be ready to do things. We have been to Children’s in Pittburgh a lot so he doesn’t really like the doctor! It meant so much to me that she was so caring about this as he was crying the whole time! She took the time to talk to me about my child’s individual and special needs. She has help guide us in the right direction to make sure Nolan is taken care of properly! I feel so grateful for her kindness.

Paige Humphrey was great! She was so nice and very thorough ...she answered all my questions and took time to explain what's going to happen during the procedure.. I did not have to wait at all either when I had my appointment..they were fast and efficient! Definitely glad I went there ..

Very quickly seen. Very polite staff. Only one minor glitch. I was told that the main hospital lab was open until 5 p.m. I arrived at the lab at 4:34, and it closed at 4:30. They have changed their hours. I'll have to go back tomorrow to be tested. Other than that, VERY pleased with the service.

Dr Young Sang has exceptional skill precision and professionalism. It should have been a normal operation but turned very complex, which isn't the first time that's occurred with me. From the initial diagnosis to the post-operative care every step reflected her expertise and experience in dealing with such matters. This is also reflected in what appears to be my speedy recovery. I am very grateful for Dr Young Sang's care and will confidently recommend her to anyone facing any medical challenge, serious or otherwise.

I really appreciate Haylee and hope she never changes her bedside manner. She's attentive, pleasant to speak with and understanding without being condescending like some practitioners. She doesn't rush the visit, which translates to me that she is genuinely eager to accommodate, reassure and heal her patients AND give each of us the attention we deserve and need from our providers.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Edwina Clarke at Warren Pediatrics. She is so nice and she really cares about each individual patient. She is always going above and beyond to keep her patients the healthiest they can be. Dr. Clarke will talk with you and explain everything so that you understand what's is going on. She always has a smile on her face and we look forward to going to the Dr so we can see Dr. Clarke. She is awesome!!!

This was the best hospital experience I have ever had! The staff were kind, thoughtful, and intentional. Caring not only for me, but how my husband was doing while supporting me. The follow up and attentiveness were unmatched. Great experience!
