My hospice team loves working with this building, their staff and their residents who need additional care. We feel very blessed to get to collaborate with everyone at Waters of Martinsville. You can tell that your heart is for the residents.

The Waters Of Martinsville is a great atmposhere. Everyone was very welcoming and engaged with the residents. I also noticed it actually smelt good when i walked into the building, Not like normal long term facilities that smell funky when you walk in. The residents looked clean and seemed happy and very engaged with one another. All around a great place.

I would recommend The Waters to anyone. My stay there was pleaant. The staff was all kind and friendly. They treat you like family. They keep you busy with bingo and games. They have music programs. The therapy ladies were wonderful and got me up and going fast. I would definitely go back if I needed to.

I really enjoy working here I have been here for 14 yrs. I have worked every department . I love the residents I treat them like family. The staff that I work with is awesome! They love our residents! I think our place is awesome!

I won’t recommend this place the waters to anyone, they don’t communicate to you about anything, today on 10/10/2024 my sister had a pick line in and they didn’t tell us that she couldn’t leave the property with the pick line in and then come back , the administrator Laura, was ready to sign the papers within five minutes she said. They also refused to give my sister her medication because they said that she was refusing medical treatment which was not true it was on their behalf they wanted to get rid of her. They lied to her and miss treated her . They don’t know how to treat the patients. It’s all about the money they don’t care about taking care anyones loved one . The staff is always on their cell phones. They need to be shut down..

I have been in the facility a lot in the past 6 months. I see a big change in the mood and attitude of the staff. They appear excited and happy to be there, to care for the residents. I can sense the upbeat mood, when I enter the front door. Whomever sees me first always asks, "How may I help you?"
Lots of positive changes! Everyone has Heart! Keep up the great job!
