I was sitting in the room waiting to see my doctor. I left the door open. Another doctor, Dr. Cantone, stopped just outside the room I was in. I could clearly hear him talking my doctor's ear off for ten minutes about his personal life. He went on and on about his wife, how much it sucked to be back at work, and a bunch of other personal stuff. When he finally walked away, I thought my doctor would come in and see me. It turns out, she was way behind schedule seeing patients. Doctor Cantone wasted her time and mine. Not happy.

I transferred from Mont Alto to these guys last year because I moved to Shippensburg. Ever since I've had nothing but problems. They refused to give me note for work even though I had Covid and was clearly in no shape to be working.

Recently I went to refill my Prescription, today is Feb 3. My bottle and my wellspan app says I have 1 refill left before Feb 14. Yet they send me a message saying my refill request was denied and that I would need to schedule an appointment to request a refill. They said the appointments are booked out until march..So I'm supposed to go without medication for over a month!? What...?

Mind you, this prescription is an Anti-Viral, non narcotic, that I've been on for over 10 years. Now im required to make an appointment FOR WHAT!? to talk to a doctor for 5 minutes so they can charge me $150 for an office visit, that's why. This place is the worst. More worried about extorting money out of patients than helping people.

Listen Dr Yarwood is one of the most caring people I have ever met. However the acting physician while he is on vacation treats his patients like they are some type of junkie. I recommend you find a different dr office. They act like they have your best interests at heart but could care less if you dropped dead tomorrow. Ive never felt so terrible after talking to a dr office then I do right now. Try anywhere else don't let somone put you through what they did to me.

The receptionists are always friendly both over the phone and in person. I have never experienced unreasonably long wait times here even though I typically go in the afternoon when doctors at other practices run behind schedule. I LOVE that they try to send me right back to the room if there is one available - I feel like this really cuts down on the spread of germs from being near others in the waiting room. I see Paige Kissinger and both she and the nurses are great! I feel like my questions/concerns are answered thoroughly and enough time is spent with me. My only complaints are the months long wait time for new patients to get an appointment; and the fact that they didn’t review my transferred medical records very well because they recommended vaccinations I was already up to date on and didn’t know to order bloodwork at my yearly physical.

The receptionist was great. However, Ashleigh that saw my son and I did a poor job. My son is super sick, I just got sick. She does a very quick look on our eyes, ears, and says it looks fine. Then she tells me I will be over it in a few days. Well my son was on his eigth day of being sick and he showed no signs of getting better. I feel like it waist of $75.00. My apologies as this was to go to the walk-in where Ashleigh Bailey works.

Called three times now. Very rude every time. First call was to switch since I moved here. Was told I needed to go see my original doctor and to call back in January. I’m glad I didn’t move here from Wyoming. I call back in January. 4 month wait time for an apointment as a new patient. Told me I needed to get my records transferred. I transferred my records at my final appointment from Mont Alto family practice. You know, another Summit Health practice. So my records are already there. Third call I needed a sick appointment in the interim and was told that since the doctors didn’t know my situation that I needed to go to urgent care instead. Like some random doctor would know my situation any better. This place is ridiculous to deal with. Find yourself a different practice.
