Been a patient here for many years and have received wonderful care here to manage my long term maladies. Office and support staff are friendly and helpful. In a rare pinch, I received after hours callback from my doctor on the evening of July 4th when I had an adverse reaction to new medication. This is top notch care!

I've been a patient there for around 20 years and received a letter recently that they no longer wanted to treat me even though I have been recently diagnosed with several serious issues! How does a Dr let a patient go with serious issues pending I went in to find out why and they wouldn't tell me and Carol, Dr Martinez wife, was rude to me while she just smiled the entire time telling me that they no longer want to treat me. I felt it was very rude the way she was speaking to me talking down to me as if I did something to them, on November 1st I had a follow-up appointment that I waited 2 hours at 10:00 a.m. for them to see me, which is not uncommon as they are always falling behind even that early in the morning, and I had to leave for a cardiologist appointment which I could not miss and I believe that's why they terminated me! Other than that I've missed a few appointments along those 20 years but that was the first time I ever walked out upset after waiting 2 hours that early. It's very challenging to get through to them as well, their phone lines hardly ever work

I can not say how great Dr. Martinez and his staff are . I have been going there for the last 8 years and they have been more than great. Great rates for the uninsured like me and they help with everything in their power to get the patient what they need. Dr. Martinez always ends his visit with " Is there anything else I can do for you? Are you Sure? SURE?" Then gives you a big laugh. They also have a patient portal where I can access my labs and my latest notes and they draw blood and do EKGs in house. One stop shop that never shies away from helping a patient. 5 stars!

Highly Recommended !! Best Primary Care Dr in Pinellas County, I have unfortunately had to go through many doctors in my almost 4 decades on earth and moving to Florida 15 + years ago and not knowing anyone here made it hard to find the right Dr's in which I need multiple, do to more than one condition im dealing with, regardless as far as a Primary Dr, when I first meet Dr Martinez I instantly knew after my first visit the he was different from the rest, not only is he very knowledgeable, he cares about his patients, he's down to earth and very easy to talk to, because he takes the time to actually listen to you and asks the right questions, he makes a connection that most Dr's are not willing to do, either because they don't care or there in a hurry to run out the door! The staff is also amazing, they are all very professional and easy to work with, usally dealing with a Dr's office over the phone is a nightmare, the difference here is they continue there excellent service over the phone!! I've been with Dr Martinez for 6+ years and it's been a blessing finding him! He is also bilingual speaks fluent Spanish!

Dr Martinez is fantastic. But the wait times are completely unacceptable. 1 hour office wait times on scheduled appointments are the normal in this office. It's not uncommon for them to be longer either.
The exam rooms have no level of privacy as the walls are paper thin. I have learned way more about other patient's health conditions than i care to while waiting for the Dr to come in.
