What's Haven Town Hall is located in a great area Downtown West Haven. It's easy to get to and also provides parking for free. The Personnel I've encountered each time I go there, or helpful and courteous.

I'm so happy with our new mayor she is amazing, as I drive through west haven where my family has lived for last 27yrs I already see improvements around this city so appreciated of what mayor borer and her staff are doing. Things are changing for the better. We haven't had things being changed for the better in years. Please keep up the good work, so excited to have you as our mayor Thank you from my heart ❤️.

It seems to me that here they abuse the power that the inspectors have and the worst thing is that we cannot say anything because we depend on them to approve us to continue with the work. It is not fair to not have someone to complain to and continue losing hours of our jobs since for them only what they say matters.

This location has been closed since the pandemic. I can’t understand how the live feed said it was busy at the time I was going. Don’t waste your time going here renew your license on line so quick and easy.

Went to get a beach sticker for a new car. Called the clerks office & was told to bring car Registration & drivers license and walk up to the tax office windows. I went around 10:00am and was done by 10:10am. Easy, peasy.

The 2nd floor is closed to the public so the basement and 1st floor are masks required. Each person who comes in must be let in after which they take your temperature. Must wear masks or no entry. The staff was nice, especially the Registered Nurse in charge of taking the temps. Was very nice.
