Es increíble que justo en verano tengan que arreglar la piscina , como pueden no tener compasión hay niños que lo único que tienen para divertirse es esa piscina y ni eso está en función en este 2024 increíble que le suben a la renta y ni la piscina está disponible y ni hablar del gym que jamás lo he podido probar
Ni hablar de la cantidad de gente que entra a fumar únicamente a la lavandería , donde casi ninguna máquina sirve , so…que seguro tiene este complejo?

I stayed in one of AGPM’s communities in Orlando Fl “Alta Westgate” the community itself was friendly, I had no issues with my neighbors and we all respected each other and worked together if there were issues amongst us. The only downfall of this community which is unbearable for a lot of tenants is the disrespect and lack of professionalism from the head property manager. She speaks to tenants in a unprofessional manner, has lack of professional communication skills, and is very rude and disrespectful in so many ways. As a former tenant I reached out to higher management on several different occasions and not once heard anything back. When I spoke with another tenant about my concerns and she addressed some of hers she stated “I’ve also reached out to corporate with issues and NEVER heard anything back, it shows that they don’t care” Thabita and London both very rude managers and needs to be replaced

As many things that I could write about this raggedy place. Draining the pool to do maintenance in the middle of a very hot summer to fix it is probably the worst decision I've seen made. THEIR ARE KIDS WHO LIVE HERE!! Why can't they have the amenity to use during summer? Why summer for the work? Why not every other season?
Or at least be honest about it. Haven't had a functioning gym in YEEEAAARRRRSSSS, should disclose that on the website.
More than half the machines in the laundromat don't work, dryers are busted. I can't think of ONE amenity that is functioning properly right this moment. But they will ensure they charge you for whatever they feel like charging you for

I have lived here going on a year and for the most part the apartment is wonderful. I have great neighbors and the office staff is great as well. I've never had any issues...my only complaint is the lack of lights outside because I live in the back of the complex which is pretty dark at night. Other than that absolutely no issues!

Management has really improved as well as the maintenance team doing a great job keeping the area clean. The apartments are great and especially for the price, but a major downfall would be the people that live there and do not care about keeping a clean community. They constantly somehow break the gate at the entrance and most do not believe in throwing trash where it belongs so it's an eye sore to see.

Mrs.London makes living in this unit Great!!! It's a BEAUTIFUL apartment and for the price it's even better. There's no other complex for this price that looks this nice inside and out. It's not roach infested,it's clean.....the maintenance try there best but unfortunately there are filthy people on this earth and some stay here as well. As for Jeremiah the property manager I do not have too many run ins with him but when I do he solves ANY issues I have promptly. I love the ladies in the office I have no issue with the team themselves but the area is a crime rate,that our children that constantly smoke weed in my building on the stairs etc but it's not the complex fault there parents need to do something about it. I am going on 2 years here and the biggest problem I've had so far was a beehive on my tree in regards to the property my own neighbors hit my car but again that has nothing to do with the complex just people. There's no lights in the back which is a little unsafe but hey can't please everyone. My maintenance issues get solve,I get pest control whenever I request it,and Mrs.London is always great. As for the area it's tough but I'm fine in my home.
