My original doctor's office closed, and I received a notice in the mail advising of a few places that would make my transition to a new office seamless. Winfield Family Medicine was an option. I figured why not. For my first visit I knew I made the right choice. The receptionist was very warm and professional. My NP Miranda was very patient, and I never felt rushed. She wanted to know my family history and was eager to resolve and help in anyway that she could. Her goal was to make sure I was equipped with everything I needed to make me feel better. We explored all the pros and cons of new possible medicine and she always allowed me to voice my concerns. If you are looking for a medical facility and staff that will not make you feel welcomed and not rushed give this establishment a try. You will not be disappointed.

I recently changed from my long-time doctor to this practice. Dr. Tity Kpandeyenge is beyond amazing. She heard a heart murmur that others have missed for years. Everyone was very friendly, and she and NP Faris discovered that I was very deficient in protein and vitamin D. I saw my former doctor regularly and they missed all of the above. Dr Kpandeyenge has late hours on Mondays which is great for me. I can't thank them enough. I feel better than I have in the last few years. I highly recommend this practice.

Have been calling their billing department for months. Found out they use a new service and have left 7 messages none returned. Sad because the doctors are great, it's their billing dept that is incompetent.

I usually never write reviews but after month of leaving messages for the nurse to ask the doctor and no one ever getting back to me has become a problem that needs to be resolved there a that office. I saw the doctor and the doctor said if the medication was not covered by insurance leave a message with the nurse and usually will take 48 hours to get a response. That was March 4, 2023. Every week I leave 1 to 2 messages a week to please get back to me and still no one returns my calls. I made appointment to see the doctor because I can't get anyone to return my calls but now I don't want to pay another copay just to have the same thing to happen again. This office is either understaffed or just not a reliable medical office.

Do not recommend. Had an appointment recently and waited over an hour to even see the doctor. Called back after a few days because I was still having issues to see if they could call in an antibiotic. It’s been two days and two messages I’ve left with no call back (not like I’m suffering or anything)… Decided to call the front desk instead of trying to get a hold of a nurse. Phone rang for 8 minutes until someone finally answered. I told her my issue, and she said she could only forward me to the nurse line even though no one was answering. Very rude about it. You’re better off going to urgent care than having this place as your doctor!

I’ve been going here for monthly for years! All the drs and staff are really helpful, & I’m normally seen pretty quickly. I loved having Dr. Brechner, but unfortunately he switched insurance or whatever. My new doctor, Dr. Kate is also amazing and listens to all my questions and needs. The only thing is sometimes the nurse line takes awhile to get back to me or doesn’t follow up after they do something. They’ve treated me for awhile before I was pregnant, while I was pregnant, and now they are still seeing me as I personally grow and my daughter grow as she’s about to be one! It’s nice because it’s like a “family”. I really do love the drs I have here(:!

I highly recommended this office staff and Dr Jacobus. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in. My husband and I were both new patients, starting with this practice about 3 weeks ago and have been very happy. Both visits we were greeted with a smile and the doctor listens and addressed every question. We never felt rushed. The office staff is so polite, professional and addressed every concern immediately. We needed some prior authorization done for our insurance company to get our medication paid for and the staff was AMAZING, they got it taken care of immediately which saved us a lot of money at the pharmacy. Definitely the most professional, caring and polite doctors office I have ever been to. They care about their patients and it shows. Thank you so much, we will be forever patients!!!!
