Nice place to visit with kids. They have different activities that kids can enjoy. My kids loved the simulators! The guides were knowledgeable and was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Best experience at a museum. We brought our 3 year old and he had the absolute best time. The volunteers are so kind, make you feel so welcome and really help educate you about aviation. The simulators are great, for a smaller museum they have so much to see and explore. We can’t wait to keep visiting, it was the best experience we’ve had at any museum. The volunteers really made our experience special, we can’t say enough about them! 10/10 recommend!

This wing of “Wings Over the Rockies “ is actually more for aviation exploration purpose. If you are aviation enthusiast or love to fly this may be the place for you. There are flight simulators, video games to keep the kids busy. Not too many aircrafts on display. If you want see some old and beautiful 2nd WW aircrafts go to their denver museum. Parking, accessibility and restrooms are available to support your urges and needs.

Great place for flight enthusiasts. My son takes lessons on the Redbird simulator. Prices are great for rent. Monthly breakfast flyins are amazing experience for kids and adults to experience all kinds of aircraft.

We decided on a whim to visit Exploration of Flight at Centennial Airport on a Monday afternoon. It is a good mix of displays, including aircraft inside and outside the building, and hands-on learning. We were very fortunate to be shown around by Jim, one of the several volunteers at the museum. Jim is both a pilot and military, was extraordinarily knowledgeable and exceptionally personable! He took us under his "wing" and made sure that we got the most out of our visit by guiding us on the simulators and relaying some truly interesting stories. I am an adult who has always been fascinated by flight, and I felt like a kid for an afternoon!

Great place to learn more about aviation, see various planes, practice on simulators, and even attend special events with fly -ins, schedule a special flight ✈️ and/or enjoy food from food trucks! An EOF volunteer showed me all around and it was very educational and fun- family fun for all ages!

We have a 4 year old grandson and this was perfect for him! No crowds, breakfast on premises, friendly and efficient staff, and most of the pilots flying in and out took time to chat, tell stories, answer questions, and even let kiddos and adults get in and explore the planes! Oh, and tickets were affordable and most proceeds go to the museum 🙂
