Was a great pharmacy was excellent to me. One afternoon Shelly who is excellent by the way, she was not there my significant other tried to pick up his medication. Lets not forget that the man working the pharmacy that day had already upset my man that i had to calm him down before he went there after he was talked to very hateful on the phone. He just went in handed his id and he man pushed his female worker to the side to yell at my boyfriend. This behavior has cost the pharmacy the next day a very good customer. Update to my review best thing i did was move from here. Call BNR pharmacy and ask for Brad best decision you could make.

Shelly and her staff are absolutely awesome!! I've had the pleasure of doing business with them for a year or two now and would never consider changing. You will never get this kind of service from the box stores! Even if i forget to renew my scripts in time for them to be mailed out, i will gladly make that 40 minute drive to pick them up even though i have other pharmacies just minutes away from my home. Thank you Shelly and staff for all that you do!!!

Just want to call out Winter Park Pharmacy and all the staff there for excellent service and timely fills. I’ve always gone to the big retail pharmacies only to be disappointed by the lack of attention and service I’ve always gotten.

I recently moved all my Rxs to Winter Park Pharmacy and plan to stay there indefinitely. Everyone there is kind and thorough and provide excellent customer service on every single visit. They’re speedy, consistent and always with a smile!

I feel like they really care about their patients! So glad I made the move over to them! Thank you Winter Park Pharmacy! 🙏

I really love the staff. They are so helpful, and really take an interest in your medication journey, which can sometimes become quite confusing. And, they deliver. Overall, they are exceptional, unlike CVS and Walgreens.

Super Nice! I switched from Walgreens because they are like "The Worse" pharmacy "Ever!" Everyone at Winter Park Pharmacy is super, super nice. I'll be 70 yrs old next month and Hopefully it won't be like pulling teeth to have my medication filled when due.

I posted a year ago how I felt Shelly and her team are the best bar none. I am sure many of you are reading these reviews due to bad experiences at other pharmacies. Well a year later nothing has changed! I have MANY options WAY closer to my home, but will gladly keep coming as long as they are open. Customer for life!
