Let me start by saying I have been a long time patient of this practice, and I myself have worked in a medical practice for 13 years. The doctors are great, no complaints there. I just gave birth at the end of June, so my baby is four months old. I received a few bills, one from the physician one from the facility, etc. everything you would normally expect. Now at my six week appointment, we discussed birth control. I chose the one that is inserted into your arm, however I received a call later on stating that unfortunately I can't have that one because my balance needs to be paid in full. Mind you, I have a $2000 balance with the doctor alone and another 2000 or so between the other bills. Which, again, is to be expected but you expect your patient who just give birth to pay the bill in full within six weeks after birth? I thought it was strange and I could not pay in full, so they let me get the pill. They did not discuss with me what brand of pill, they just sent it in. It is not one that I really would care to take as it is one that skips your menstrual cycle, but whatever, a lot going on with the new baby so I went with it. here's where things get even more crazy. I have been making payments to my bill every single month except for October. They email me, I make a payment, All of a sudden I am told I am in collections when I call them to make an annual visit appointment. I am confused by this.. they stated it doesn't matter that I was making payments because it wasn't an arrangement that I set up. they sent the balance to collections and they told me they will not make an appointment with me until the balance is either paid half or in full, and that's not even an option now because I've already been sent to collections and they can't pull it back.

As I said, I have worked in a medical practice for 13 years. When a patient calls in we can pull back the balance from collections, we can work with that patient, we can do an arrangement, etc. However, they're billing department told me I had no options and I stated to them I guess I am going to have to find another practice because I don't know who has $2000 just sitting around four months after the birth of their child to just pay them immediately. I also don't understand why no one communicated that I should've immediately called the practice and set up an arrangement - that is not stated anywhere on any of the bills I have received. I am not new to the medical field and the way they have treated me after giving birth to my child because of the bills that came in is outrageous. Yes, bills are to be paid, yes I am currently paying them but apparently that is not enough. Again, ITS BEEN 4 months - and they were already restricting my options at 6 WEEKS. So, unless you can pay all of your medical bills in full immediately after you give birth to your child, don't expect to be treated fairly or with any empathy at all or even like a normal human being by this practice.

Currently in search of new provider. After years of being a patient here, I can no longer deal with the rude nature of the front end staff. The ladies at reception are rude both on the phone and in person. No regard for how anyone maybe feeling. A little empathy goes a long way but sadly it seems they don’t know the meaning of empathy. The doctors are great but the face of the office will make or break a practice and sadly this one is badly broken.

Positive experiences here across the staff and at every turn, particularly since becoming pregnant.

Brittany has always been a kind, gentle, and informative presence, and is always highly responsive in person or over the portal when I have questions. She even gave me her personal number when results came back on a Friday afternoon so I wouldn’t have to be in suspense all weekend about gender.

When I had some problems in the first trimester, nurses were always incredibly prompt about getting me in (I called at 2:26 one day and was squeezed in for a 3:00 appointment) and so caring, keeping me calm as I made a very scary drive to the office. There have been several other “problem visits” along the way and they’ve always been handled with kindness and dignity.

Special shout out to Donna, the nurse we often are paired with, who is both highly sweet and came to find me after that scary problem visit to make sure everything was okay, and to make sure I was personally okay.

Even the phlebotomist, Rose (I think!), makes a nervous patient and needle-phobe like myself feel comfortable, allowing my husband to come in to all the blood draws so they can distract me. Sometimes, you can’t even tell she’s been poking around in my veins — that’s talent!

Last but not least, the office as a whole runs smoothly. We rarely wait for very long for our appointments, and I hardly have time to leave a butt imprint on the paper in the exam room before they’re in to see me.

Grateful to have a team like this walking me through this process. We’ve been to other branches of Women’s Health, but this one is far and away the best.

This pains me to write as I've been a patient for over 20 years of the founding physician, Dr.Orielly. The decline in service and care started a few years ago, with the lowest of low happening most recently. The mistakes, wait time, extremely rude patient service, and poor follow up is unacceptable. Considering the options available to other patients in this area, I'd highly recommend any patient take their business to an office who cares about the quality of care and not the quantity of customers.

Pros- it's a clean office and has a large parking lot. They have an in-house blood draw open part time for convenience.

Cons- This office is so busy, mistakes are frequent. Most recently, a trip to a pharmacy for a script that was never called in. The call into the office was unsuccessful as they do not accept calls, rather screen and require a ln automated call back. This process can take up to 30 minutes in my experience. This call system is true for any scenario. A simple appointment can take up to 30 minutes.

The office has very unrealistic expectations and ask that patients arrive 20 minutes early to guarantee to be on time.

Regardless what time you arrive, you will wait to see your provider past the scheduled time. I've never seen the provider on time, even when I've been the first patient of the day.

The turn over is frequent. It's impossible to connect to a provider *especially if you're pregnant, since they cannot retain staff. To be fair, I've since transfered so I cannot say if this is still an issue. I'd suggest you be mindful that it is possible before choosing this practice.

They do not stock certain standard birth control, which requires you to make a follow up appointment after picking up the prescription (birth control shot)

The front end staff is very rude. Most recently I overheard a office worker "why am I the one who has to answer these stupid calls". Another separate time I waited for the office woman to finish ranting about her distaste for the BLM movement. Whether the window is closed or open, you will hear the distaste these women have for their customers. Which is ironic since there is almost always an audience of customers in the waiting room listening on.

I've waited to share this review as I wanted to show grace to the office during their transition out of covid. I understand it was a very stressful time for providers and had hoped the lack of quality care and customer service was a result of burn out. However 3.5 hears later the care has continued to decline.

Call staff is so rude, no bye or hi, just hangs the phone. When I asked for appt and locations, she was annoyed and gave me attitude for asking. If you dislike the job so much go find anther job. Don’t take your madness and pass on to other ppl.

Have been a patient for 26 years and CANNOT GET THROUGH. Everything is automated. I have followed the prompts and left the messages as directed and nobody returns calls. I don’t know how I’m supposed to get an appointment this way. It must be a very quiet day in the office without any phones ringing. Maybe somebody in the practice will see this review and respond to me so I know what the magic number is so I don’t have to leave the practice.

How do you get anyone on the phone anymore? SHEER madness. I need an appointment, and I have jumped through all the hoops. I cringe to think what would happen if someone was in labor—maybe they get a secret phone number No one has called me back. Oh wait, yes they did— the computer did, only to put me on hold again, take my number, and tell me they’d call me again, but it never happened. WHAT has happened to this place? Do I need to leave this practice? From reading the other reviews, it sounds like I might have to. I have been here forever. Too bad.

Zero empathy. Rude and unprofessional. If I could put zero stars, I would. I’m changing doctors, no matter if I have to cross the state. But anything would be better than this place.
