I can't speak for the clinic as a whole, but Dr Sharma turned out to be a waste of time AND money. I never felt my issues were properly addressed. She is unable to refer correctly. When she does refer for tests, I get hit with a $1000 bill. I never followed up with her again, and in the process have lost any faith in the healthcare system that I had left. So disappointed!

I had a terrible experience with the clinic manager. I meet with her to address some communications concerns as they cancel an appointment without telling me and were making a lot of mistakes in general to many to list hear. I was seeing a psychologist at the clinic. When an issue came up that was a clear conflict of interest I asked the Phychologist about the privacy of the sessions she didn’t answer me. So I tried for 25 days to get through to the clinic manager and resolve the unanswered concerns. A nurse at the clinic suggested I call the in-house Hippa hotline. I did so but the investigator wasn’t interested in having the therapist answer the question. Instead he told me to read the privacy agreement and he closed the investigation. I had stated to management and the investigator that 2002 code of conduct for licensed therapist discuss and answer questions about privacy at the first visit as well as when the occasion occurs because of change. Salud and the therapist refused to answer my concerns and are in breach of current law. Rather than answer my concerns they dismiss me as a patient and said I need rehabilitation. Whatever that means. This constitutes about as bad of discrimination as it gets. Patients deserve to know if conversations are privileged or not and to what degree. I’m shocked that they refused to answer this question. I liked the therapist and figured if she would answer my concerns I could continue to visit her but just avoiding the conflict. But it looks like I have to get the board of psychologist to open an investigation because I still need have my concerns addressed and it is the law. I wouldn’t think this would be a reason to dismiss a patient. And why would a therapist refuse to answer these concerns. I would avoid Salud because they do seem to discriminate against people who complain or ask for accountability. I do think this type of offense should be taken seriously and the patient shouldn’t be punished for such things. Nor should the management suggest that a person needs mental health advocates so they can avoid dealing with an issue. It’s discrimination to do so when there is no evidence. It’s really an inappropriate insult added to the injury caused by unwillingness to be forthcoming. Maybe they confused me with someone else or something. Their behavior completely doesn’t make sense. It’s such a blatant abuse of authority. Something really needs to be done!

I started as a patient at this clinic a couple of months ago and I’m so happy I did. I’m met with nothing but kindness and efficiency by everyone who works there. I’m specifically a patient of Dr. Bellsmith and I highly recommend him for his knowledge, empathy, and willingness to find answers if he doesn’t have them. I’ve also used the social work and dietician services and they were also thorough and supportive.

I would give 0 stars if it let me. They constantly have told me my prescription is ready and it's not. The younger counter staff have obviously not been trained properly. Every issue is their systems fault.
I thought the big pharmacies were bad. Do yourself a favor and run away!!
