Lovely place
I came here to gather information for a college project. It's a convenient location and is free to the public parking is also dirt cheap. Staff are friendly and awnser questions and give insight. The museum is neatly organized and has a variety of interesting and important works. A wonderful little cultural display it very much allows you to see the perspective of others and engage yourself in the artwork
A ten out of ten experience I will be going again!

I went with a few friends and we truly loved this museum. I am a Rutgers grad but I never went to this museum! We found it very accommodating because the man at the front desk told us we could go get our drinks and bring them back to enjoy at the tables in the front. He had overheard us talking about it when we walked in. So, a few of us went to get some drinks and others began to explore the museum. We were short on time, so I only saw the Russian exhibit (which I think is permanent) and also the Native American exhibit (which is temporary). I thought the museum was very organized and contained a lot of wonderful pieces and this is all brought to everyone for free! I am shocked they don’t charge at this museum! We plan to return in the spring when we can plan more time to enjoy the exhibits.

I recently visited the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, as I am a current student. I was thoroughly impressed by both the collection and the experience. The museum offers an incredible outline of art, from Russian and Soviet Nonconformist and European art. The atmosphere was welcoming, and peaceful. The admission is free which is another plus. The location and accessibility was easy too with parking and finding the museum. The staff was super friendly and well educated on each exhibit.There were little to no people which I loved. Also, the exhibits are well-curated and I realized that as I was walking around that there is always something new to discover. Overall, I had a great time. It was a great experience for me. I highly recommend the Zimmerli Art Museum to anyone in the area, whether you’re an art enthusiast or like me and curious to explore.

Every one can visit this museum for sure and free. Guys at front information desk is so welcoming and helpful. Staff around are supportive. Coming to museum art display I personally liked majority items. Starting from kids gallery to Russian artist display. Most of the art types are first time for me to see and understand. Overall it’s good museum with all facilities in 2 floors. Photography is allowed. There is enough parking behind the building for visitors to park. We visited on Sunday and it’s not much crowded.
