Disappointed in the fact it was not a physical exam /check up, as advised.
I was asked up front if I wanted to other cognitive exam, which I said no, not today; but the exam was performed anyway.
My objection was totally ignored.
My physical examination went perfect and I greatly appreciated the examination, as it was thorough and most informative. Gave me objective goals to meet.

We aren’t usual patients at this office, but my sons pediatrician office didn’t have any available appointments. I was able to schedule a “community visit” at this location via My Atrium for him. However, I received a call shortly after scheduling stating that they could not see him at this location because he was not 6 years old. Our appointment was canceled and We had to receive care somewhere else. It’s frustrating to be able to schedule an appointment and it be taken away just because of age. This isn’t something we planned on doing repeatedly, he just needed to be seen for something mild that didn’t warrant an UC or ED visit.

The Oakboro medical team always see me on my scheduled time. They are very pleasant to talk with and do listen to my concerns. My problem was fixed with the first visit to them. I am very grateful for their help.

I love Dr. L. He's by far the absolute best Dr. I've ever been to. He sits down & really talks to you about everything going on with you. He's detailed with how he explains things & ask you questions. He listens to what you're saying. I love going to Dr. L. He is the sweetest Dr. & so respectful in every way. I have clients that go to him & just loves him. I have never heard anyone say a negative word about him. You'll love this Dr.!!!

I’m so pleased to have transferred my health to Dr. Lamichhane. Unlike most of the doctors I have encountered in Charlotte, Dr Lamichhane takes the time to listen closely and try to empathize with you and what brought you to his practice. Additionally, the staff are polite and helpful, not treating you like you are a bother.
