It’s a nice and safe place. I’ve been living here for a year, and there are good neighbors, but the new management is chaotic. The garage gate has been broken for a month, the parking connectors don’t work (they say it’s for the whole season and won’t fix them), they offered an electric charging project that won’t happen, maintenance takes up to two weeks unless you put a lot of pressure, and the trash in the hallway chutes is a real mess—it’s become unpleasant. They barely organize community events anymore, and it’s been a steady decline. Before, I would have given it a 4, but now I’ll only give it a 2 because of the common spaces, neighbors, and security.

Thanks to Michael, I found the perfect place to call home for me and my pup & I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Bryn House to anyone looking for a new home. This property is very dog friendly with a sizable dog park & a trail encompassing the entire property.

Side note, the coffee shop (Prevail) is phenomenal. Excellent customer service along with a plethora of drink choices (cold brew is my favorite!)

About a month ago, I came to visit Bryn House as I am in the market for a new apartment. Michael was a joy to work with. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and made my experience a great one. Looking for a new home can cause a ton of anxiety, and I must say, Michael's professionalism definitely eased up my anxieties. As much as I was looking forward to becoming a resident, unfortunately, the apartment I was hoping to get, another person beat me to the application and it was too late. Even though I did not get the apartment I want, I plan to continue visiting Prevail Union. Michael deserves the amazing accolades. Thank you again!
