I’ve found that all pharmacies - regardless of brand/company - are understaffed these days. They also all go to lunch (presumably to keep their overworked employees from going over the edge!). I blame the companies for that. This location has the typical waits, but I’ve always found the employees to be helpful.

I actually like the new system where you leave a message with your Rx question or issue- they really do call you back within an hour, and they know what you want from your message so it’s an efficient conversation.

The absolute WORST drive-tru pharmacy line. They will look at walk right past you without a care, while there is a line of 4+ cars waiting. The drive thru is there as a priority for a reason, and yet it always backed up and ignored. I suggest moving your meds to the Walgreens down the road and actually being taken cared for, because this pharmacy is ridiculous. I've gone from leaving the drive-thru to actually going IN the store to be handled faster, and that's worked out for me in some cases

Mark, the Store Manager, made my shopping experience a very pleasurable one. Mark gave me a cheerful greeting as I entered the store. He directed me to where I could purchase my particular item. He patiently and professionally assisted me with signing up for CVS ExtraCare+. Lastly, he encouraged me to come back to save more money with my new membership and printed coupons. I definitely could not ask for a better experience at CVS on N. Druid Hills. Thanks CVS and thanks for having someone on staff, like Mark, who has the personality and skills to make a customer feel cared for, seen and heard.

Very disappointed. I entered the pharmacy drive-thru line at 1:20. It was a long line and by the time I was able to pull up to the window it was 1:30, which is also the time the pharmacy closes for lunch. Rather than serve me, the last customer in line, who got in line before their lunch closing time, they closed the door screen in my face and ignored my calls attempting to inform them that I was in line before 1:30. I understand customer service jobs can be difficult but this just didn't sit right with me.

The only way I can think of how to improve the C S experience is to give the employees Angel & Andrea raises. They are the best employees with the best customer service experience I have ever seen, they went above and beyond to help me and my GF the morning of thanksgiving at 3 am they were working tirelessly to improve the situation I was in.

I love this CVS store & it is my “go to.” Dwight has been helping me for years.” But the store was mostly well stocked except for Christmas gift bags.
