Beware of large "ghost bills" at this establishment. My doctor ordered an expensive and entirely unnecessary test that the establishment was well aware insurance would not cover. This left me with a large bill. If the doctor would at least inform the patient of what he is writing the script for, perhaps a better decision could be made thus saving the patient a ton of money.

In my particular case I explained to the doctor that I had already been checked thoroughly by my prior doctors for the particular issue he was concerned about and that it was negative. It was reckless of him to write a script for a test that is going to come back with a massive bill later on without informing the patient in the doctor's office beforehand. Instead Dalton Family Practice just has the patient sign a release that he/she agrees to pay for everything that insurance does not cover. Perhaps this doctor had good intentions but nonetheless, very poor (AND EXPENSIVE) communication. I am not a peon. I am a halfway intelligent human being and I know what the results of my prior tests were from my former doctors up north. Alternatively he could have simply asked for the results from those prior tests.

I love Dalton Family Practice!!! My family and I have been going here for YEARS! We love how friendly and helpful the staff are and the doctors are beyond intelligent and knowledgeable!!!!! When I first started going here my health was really poor but now Dr. Wagner & Dr. Smith have me on the right track!!!! I’m thankful and blessed to have them in my life.

Dalton Family Practice is a great office to use for yearly exams, sick visits, and appointments that require monthly prescriptions. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and the nurses are quick to respond to messages through the portal. The in-house lab is another amazing resource that makes this office an all around wonderful place. I love that I can go in early for fasting labs, and still make it to work on time. If you are looking for a primary physician, this is it!

Always professional and staff attempt to accommodate medical needs asap, like sick appointments. Dr Wagner and Justin are the best!! They listen and are very thorough to find a solution or best treatment for issues. Love Amy and the other office staff are so helpful also!
