Doctor suares and his wife who is a pediatrician, they take care of the health of my four children, my wife and me for almost 20 years, they have always been friendly and very professional, also their staff are very competent, if the clinic is always full, it is because everyone around the city wants to come to him, I highly recommend it Doctor suares y su esposa que es pediatra, ellos an cuidado la salud de mis cuatros hijos ami esposa y a mi casi por 20 años, siempre and sido amables y muy profesionales , también su personal son muy competentes, y si la clínica está siempre llena, es porque todos al rededor de la ciudad,quieren venir a el, yo lo recomiendo altamente.

I have had Dr. Suarez as my Dr for over 10 years now, and I will see him and his staff until he isn't practicing anymore. I have felt listened to and appreciated from day one. He has been easy to talk to and has always helped anytime I needed it. The staff have always made me smile and often even laugh and will be my choice for care, even with moving out of state.

I would give 0 stars if It would let me. The office staff never answer phones
I have been trying for 2 weeks to get my husband blood pressure meds refilled I have called many times and left voice-mails the pharmacy has called and sent refill requests and still nothing. The Dr doesn't listen to your concerns at all. You wait HOURS to be seen for him to come in for 5 mins and not even listen to you and then leave. I found a new pcp. This office should be shut down.

One of the Receptionist complains about being at work, literally, every time i visit.

The Receptionist doesn’t introduce themselves you’ll have to just stand there or speak first

They don’t answer the phone. I live 3 min away, I’ve had to drive there on multiple occasions just to walk in and schedule an appointment or request information

On multiple occasions I’ve been told I would get a call back after they’ve spoken to the Dr, that’s never happened

Understaffed, I always get their 15 min early, get called back at my appointed time but does not get seen until a hour later.

Dr. Suarez, nice guy, but doesn’t seem interested in being my primary. He’s referred me to multiple specialists, never have I received a call or email from him or his team with any results or follow up! No communication whatsoever!!

I know when my business is not wanted or appreciated.

This is a really great doctor, but they really need to figure out how to manage the scheduling better. I have never been to this office that I didn't have to wait at least an hour, but most of the time it is 2 hours. This is not just for work in appointments either.

Joanna is great, but every time I’ve been I’ve waited at least an hour before being taken to the back where we had to wait another 30 minutes. I even asked them to schedule me for the first appointment time possible and there were 4 other people in the waiting room when I got there.(15 minutes before our scheduled visit)! It took over an hour for them to call us to the back. I’m that time I watched 3 different sales representatives go in and out. Not going to go somewhere where the patient comes second. We’ve all switched our pcp to commerce urgent care. Even if there are 5 people ahead of us there we are still seen in less than 45 minutes tops.
