El peor hospital que he visitado! No vayan aquí!!! Llegue con mi niña de 5 años con fiebre de 39.4 nos hicieron esperar unos 40min para pasarnos a un cuarto y hacer un examen físico y análisis.la muestra de orine estuvo todo el tiempo en el cuarto nunca la recogieron nos fuimos y ahí seguía no se q hicieron con ella! Nos fuimos sin resultados de los análisis supuestamente se demoraban hasta el otro día! Al otro día me llaman para decirme q la niña tenía una bacteria en el pulmon,un virus y además infección en los riñones y que tenía q esperar otro día para recoger los medicamentos! Cuando fuimos a buscar los medicamentos no estaba la orden en la farmacia aún volvimos al hospital y nos dicen q no tenía bacteria y q no hacía falta antibiótico! Volvemos a la farmacia y nos dan antibiótico ?!!?!?! Cuando llamamos por teléfono resulta que la niña no aparecía en el sistema que tenía ninguna infección pero que le diéramos todo el antibiótico q nos habían dado en la farmacia!?!?!?!? Luego vuelven a decirme que si que tenía infección!!! Muy muy molestos indignados y sobre todo con una enorme preocupación por la salud de nuestra pequeña tenemos que acudir a otro hospital porque después de tanto no confío en nada de lo que dijeron en tres diagnósticos distintos! NO VAYAS AQUÍ CON LA SALUD NO SE JUEGA!!!!!!!!!

Le diera 0 estrellas si pudiera Fui hacer mis chequeos del ańo que me salienron por 2000 dolares y algo. Fui y pague mi factura completa hasta donde yo entendia y luego me envian una factura del otro lugar un tal north geogia radiology cobrando 400 dolares por una supuesta lectura de análisis a lo q yo me pregunto 1: que no estaba eso incluido en la factura de halminton 2: porque no se me dijo que me llegaria otro bill 3: no se supone que te ponen a firmar un papel de confidencialidad porque razon otro lugar me esta llamando para cobrarme y tienen mi numero mi nombre completo y mi dirección 4: y ultimo cual es la raozon Por la q yo tengo que pagarle al que supuestamente leyo los resultados si yo no vi ningun doctor

Realmente merecen 5 estrellas y más ayer llegue en la madrugada con fuerte dolor de estómago mareos y hasta vomito me recibieron de maravilla me tranquilizaron, me escucharon suministraron medicinas q calmo el dolor los doctores y enfermeras super especiales dios los bendiga me realizaron todos los exámenes necesarios me sentí tan bien hasta paz mental gracias

Was there last night for what I suspected to be strep, I was swabbed in triage and told to wait in the lobby for the results and they’d go over them with me in triage again since I wouldn’t really need a room for that. I got the results back on “My Chart” 4 hours later still nothing, I decided to follow up with a primary doctor instead. I COMPLETELY understand long waits sometimes as there was a lot of ambulance patients arriving, so the wait was just a small inconvenience. The real problem was one of the other patients in the lobby with me. A woman in her 60s who had been there since 8pm and it was now 2pm and had not been seen, offered anything, or helped at all! She was in a wheelchair and they shoved a urine cup and swab in her hand, she explained she was incapable of providing the sample on her own, no help was given to assist her, she complained about being in bad pain and was overlooked by staff. I sat by and talked to this lady and she showed me pictures of her medical problems she was there for. They were bad enough and caused enough pain she should’ve been seen even over me or other common cold/flu patients. Clearly their “patient priority” is totally screwed. She also asked for help multiple times with the sample while in the lobby, asked if anyone could give her any info at all and was told to “back away” from the front desk, a guard was called on her for “harassing” and really it was just the front desk lady being an attitude having jackass because I heard every word. No other way to word that honestly. The old woman left around 3 after no help at all and I did as well.

I worked at this hospital for over 13 years and I got sick with ms ! I went to Er for lower back pain and the girl that did my vitals put me in an Adam room with no call light and the bed was an exam bed I sat in the wheelchair over 50 minutes in pain had to go go to bathroom and no one to call unless I screamed real loud this was night shift I went in about 7:30 pm ! Finally the doctor came in and I told her what I was going thru and right away she had them move me to a room with a bed and warm blanket Shelby was my nurse did great with IV and then I went to CT scan the gentleman Angel didn’t lock the bed and I almost fell out he had to grab me and push me to the middle of bed I was in so much pain at this point ! The doctor she was so kind and treated me with respect and talked to me about my care she was very professional! Where is the compassion with some of these nurses if your in pain and have a MS why would they not put me in a bed ? I always give a good review but if it were not for the nurse that checked me in I would have had a good experience in a bad situation! Los I pray for compassion and good bed side manners for some of these nurses or techs !

I can't say enough good things about Dr Keller and the Er nurse Haleigh during my visit. I came in having extreme pain, nausea and dizziness. Haleigh was probably one of the best nurses I've seen at any place. She was professional, caring and overall there to help during this unpleasant time.
Dr Keller was great from beginning to end. He answered all my questions, ran all necessary tests and gave me some good expectations going forward. He was very kind and empathetic, which made my visit that much better. I hope I'm not back in there, but if I do go back, I really hope I'm in their care again.
