Their platform is conceptually great, but very poorly executed in their hands. They really flat-out ignore any instructions, and they tend to place the blame on their customer when things don't go right. I submitted multiple times, first let them process samples - they ignored the instructions, sent back useless images, despite clear images of the orientation, etc, attached to my order. The next time, I processed the samples - they said they needed to redo it - okay, but they still gave me back trash, and cut the tops off everything. The last time, they said my samples were not properly processed (even though the ones I independently used were fine from the same batch), and they needed to redo them - they have absolutely no regard for any instructions - they "redid" the embedding, wrong (the worst yet) orientation again, after multiple meetings, emails, and attached instructions; additionally, the staining was just terrible. I then got a very patronizing email from the west coast territory manager, saying he's worked in both sales and the lab, and I should let them process it in future orders. It would be a laughable experience if it didn't take months to generate the samples, and they disregard any guidance I send in advance of destroying them. Any layperson could look at the sections they took and say they were incorrect. I cannot say enough about the incompetence they demonstrated, but the customer support specialist was very nice, and she tried her best to get it all right.
