I came in for a sholder injury, they told me it was just a sprain, refused to order an x-ray, and treated me like I was drug seeking. Now i finally got an x-ray weeks later. It was a fracture... never trusting them again.

Worst experience ever with a dr at Hendricks. Robin has the worst bed side manner and the way she talked to me as a parent was unacceptable. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.

After reading the reviews I didn't want to go get my DOT physical at this facility. I was in pinch so I did show up with no appointment. My time there was a 5 star appointment. Quick, friendly, everyone seemed happy , in and out done. Thanks

If you get a good p.a. with common sense you're ok but if not they will send you home following idiotic protocol and have you come back in 3 days to pay for double the visit just to get meds and my wife was very ill. I'd advise not to take your chances!!!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience this evening with two of my sick children. I originally brought one in to be seen and while waiting the other started feeling bad and spiked a fever. When we were in the room with the nurse she acknowledged that he didn’t look well and asked me if I would like to see if he could be added to the schedule. I was so appreciative that she offered because I am not the type of person that would ask because I knew it was close to their closing time and I try to be respectful of that. The nurse was so thorough and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to their closing time. The nurse practitioner was great also and took the time to talk with me and answer my questions. Quality of service is very important to me regardless of the type of service it is and those two women impressed me with theirs!

The first time I went here I had a really good experience.
The second time I came here was today. My husband and sister in law have strep throat (swabbed positive) so I assumed I had it too. Because I now have all the symptoms. I got a swab/test here, they swabbed my mouth/cheeks and they’re supposed to swab your throat. It came back negative, I assume it was negative because I wasn’t swabbed correctly. I told the PA I am sure it’s strep even though she told me it’s not. I left and went somewhere else and tested positive for Strep throat. They swabbed me correctly. I would save your money and go somewhere else. CVS and Walgreens does testing as well and they do it correctly.
