I have been visiting this hospital with both of my parents for more than 20 years. I was recently there for outpatient surgery with my mother. I have to say that the entire experience was incredible. Everyone was so professional from the nurses to the doctors to the cafeteria, the food and food service workers, etc. Every encounter was positive. The care, compassion and efficiency that was demonstrated exceeded all expectations. My experience at this small community hospital was surprisingly warm and welcoming. A refreshing experience when compared to larger facilities in nearby communities. A big thank you to the team at this facility. We are grateful to you for providing such high-quality service to the community!

I had to take my dad to the ER at Lewis Gale in Pulaski on July 28th. We arrived around mid day the lady that checked us in was very polite and they quickly took him back to a room. The nurses and doctors in the ER worked quickly and professionally to assess him and start medications as he had sepsis. He was admitted and the nurses took excellent care of him while in the ER. Once he was moved to a room the doctors, nurses, administrative staff and others were very kind and took excellent care of him. My dad ended up spending 8 days in the hospital. I just want to express my gratitude towards the amazing staff that helped get him on the road to recovery. We are very pleased with the services provided during his stay. You all are truly amazing at what you do and we can’t thank you enough for all you have done for us. ❤️

The radiologist Robyn was very professional and very kind and caring..she treated me with respect and she was very helpful..thank you LewisGale Hospital Pulaski for having a wonderful person working for yall that is very considerate with patience. Everyone else that I had contact with at my appointment was kind and was being professional with there jobs as well. Thank you to all the staff.

I was truly blessed to have such a caring and thorough team caring for my mother. They went above and beyond to find out what was going on with her. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone was so nice and attentive from the doctors, nurses, staff etc. I definitely felt at ease.

Everyone was pleasant and polite. The lady who performed my procedure was very professional and friendly. She was helpful to explain the process of the tests.
My only major complaint is the total number of calls, emails and texts to remind me of my appointments. Then the times of my appointments were different than the actual appointment. Frustrating. I do understand why some people might need this but the rest of us do NOT!
