My appointment was at 2.15 and they say I have to wait much longer . I left my daughter home alone . I asked if I will be done by 3 the girl said no so I asked how long will it take I got a reply that she doesn't know . I mean what's the need of appointment when u have to wait for an hour. This happened on my previous visit as well . They should just make it walk through for patients if can't manage the appointments. Dissatisfied.

Idk the nurses were nice but the office people upstairs were just loud and obnoxious , I mean this place is run by very young women but jeez

The staff are friendly and helpful, however you have to be prepared to wait an hour after your appointment time to be seen. And maybe have your health/financial info announced to a whole room of people as there is little discretion. Unfortunately, the lack of organisation overshadows the care.

My first doctor was very unprofessional. She ran some tests, but didn’t tell me what they were for. She skipped several questions on the online form she was doing for me, and even answered some of them for me. These were important questions in regards to my medical history. My next doctor was nice, and told me my test results would be in the system within 72 hours. It’s been long after 72 hours now. This place is unprofessional and unreliable.

The care i get at Lifeline primary care is Excellent! The waiting time is always short. The front desk staff are nice and go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. My PA Alexandra Moore is By far one the best providers I've had. Shes very patient, attentive, and thorough. Highly recommend her and her office.

The front desk people are so loud for asking about your details infront of all patients in the waiting area. No privacy at all. Learn to keep the patient privacy infront of others. Will not come back nor recommend to others. It is so embarrassing to answer all the details infront of other patients.

They did test on me without asking or explaining what it is then they would call me back for discussion. I was returned a couple time although my appointment has been confirmed. There is no point of making an appointment because you will be seen at the same time as a walk in. Some of the staff can also be very rude. This clinic does not follow covid protocol. Too many people in the clinic at the same time. It’s crowded.Bad services I ever had. I got canceled my appointment twice. one time was doctor not there and the second was setting up for Covid vaccine and they said they ran out because they give it to someone els. So disappointed with their services and so careless.
