Every time I come here the girl at desk are always extremely rude and has no manners. There's one with glasses. She's nice and professional. Theres one who always has the mask, that's the one that seems to pick and choose who to be nice to. The NP, PAs I've seen are always great. But that front desk makes it hard to like the place.

I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. They are so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Whether you’re calling to make an appointment or talking to a triage nurse. They make you feel heard and are so helpful. I am so thankful for Dr Clint Beaver and Donna Forsee PA-C. Once I started going to this practice and had such wonderful care. I had my husband, four children and both of my elderly parents start seeing them. My daughter pulled her one year-old from their pediatrician to start going to this practice as well. And over the years have built such a wonderful phenomenal rapport with them. I’ve never trusted two healthcare professionals like I do them. They truly are the best of the best!

My primary care physician is the best I’ve ever had, and I have had several. She is an outstanding listener, a consummate professional, and she keeps open appointments in her daily calendar to be available to patients who need her to address an illness, not just an appointment. This is all too rare these days, despite being so obviously necessary. It speaks to the fact that she puts patient care above generating maximum revenue. She puts the ‘health’ back into healthcare.

Being transplants from the state of Maine and being seniors, we were concerned about finding a new doctor here in North Carolina. Our family referred us to their physician, Dr Elkins. We were not disappointed. She was everything we hoped for and more. Her office staff was professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this doctor and staff for your needs.

AWESOME! Dr Anthony and his nurse Suleka are warm and welcoming. As a senior new to Mooresville I was apprehensive about a new doctor, but, Dr Anthony is very thorough. I was seen at my appointment time!!! So happy to have found such a great medical practice.

I have been a patient of Novant healthcare for a long time and have been with my PCP for some time now and I have never had issues until I went to the corporate park office…first thing when I walked in I wasn’t spoken to then when I was I was told to just to go to whatever window so I did and the lady wasn’t friendly she says name and date of birth she said oh your insurance needs blah blah blah…I said no it doesn’t I just went to Novant on Tuesday and my insurance is fine…well no its not, she did nothing to help me nor explain what was going wrong nor did she say maam let’s try calling such and such! She rudely said it’ll be $200 out of pocket to have your back x ray…so cold and rude and never even cared that I was in pain and hurting and not helping me to even try to be seen by the doctors….she didn’t give two craps about me being a patient there…mind you nothing is wrong once again with my insurance it’s Novant messing all my billing and co pays and non co pays and turning me away bc I couldn’t pay out of pocket for my back…I’ve never been treated so badly or just no concern for the patient you say you guys are here to help!!!! I will never ever return to that office! She needs some lessons on customer service and what customer service stands for bc it’s not all about you honey! Thanks for the care I’ll be sure to let others know how rude your staff was in the waiting room…

Dr. Elkins is the best doctor at Novant. I’ve seen Dr. Elkins for 8 plus years. She totally get me and know what I need. If you ever need advices and email her, she is awesome on returning your emails for any questions. She is awesome.

I was treated like family as usual at Novant. I was having some unusual symptoms that mimicked a stroke and Dr. Mathers quickly ordered several tests to rule that out. I would like to commend the Novant staff from the front desk to the lab staff. Everyone should be proud of their team effort in treating me. Thanks very much.
