Dr. Updegraff is amazing. Her attentiveness to my needs are unmatched. She was my primary through a very difficult (physical and emotional) time in my life and she never wavered in her professionalism or her awesome bedside manner. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer than I'd like for my appointments, but she is worth every minute.

Most incompetent office staff I have ever experienced. I scheduled a wellness visit. Got there early and signed in. Waited almost an hour only to discover they never registered that I was there. Had a rushed visit. Got a bill even though my insurance covers wellness visits 100%. Sent a message. Turns out the scheduler did not schedule a wellness visit so my visit was coded as a sick visit. Interesting how I could schedule a sick visit when I wasn’t sick. Arguing with these people takes frustration to a whole new level. My next task is to find out who to report them to.

Doctor Updegraff is a very gentle woman. She's the only doctor I have ever had that listens to my concerns and works on them with me. She's humorous when humor is needed, she's chatty in such a great way, she listens and she helps. She has helped me overcome my fear of doctors, and instead of being scared to go to the doctor, I always look forward to seeing her. The woman that did my labs was very nice, I have a fear of that too but she's so quick and I can barely feel the needle. If you've been looking for a place that will treat you kindly and listen to you, learn to understand you, and help you this is the place.

Dr. Updegraff is one of the most competent, professional doctors I have ever met. Her bed side manners are impeccable. I wish I could have met her years ago. Her staff very polite, kind, and professional. I would recommend my friends and family to practice. She is very kind, humble approachable.
