I was a tenant here and Zach and Aysia really do a good job of working with you. My stay had a few issues that was somewhat frustrating but Aysia went above and beyond at resolving them as soon as possible and really making me feel like I mattered. Zach was always friendly and would bring a positive energy any time I saw him that would always brighten my day.

i have lived at the dakota since march of this year, i wanted to wait to give an accurate review. i have to give props to the maintenance and the leasing office, they always respond very swiftly. aysia and zach in the leasing office is incredibly responsive and helpful. henry and dung in maintenance comes out same day. the amenities are amazing; the pool, pickleball courts and the pool are amazing. i recommend this place to everyone. it's quiet, safe and close to everything.

Henry works in maintenance and has been doing a great job for the almost 2 years I have been here. He also is professional and very quick to solve issues that arise especially when I have been in a time bind.

I have loved living at Dakota so far. From touring, to moving in and everyday living, the process has been so positive and seamless which is so difficult to find in Atlanta. The leasing managers are kind and genuinely helpful, maintenance is on top of all requests within 24 hours, the location is great with everything you need close by, and the neighborhood feels safe. The apartments are spacious and unique with a sunroom which I LOVE! After a lot of hunting and disappointment looking for a place to live in Atlanta, I’m honestly so happy with my choice! I very rarely leave reviews for anything, but this is a truly deserved 5 stars.

Love my super spacious and locally convenient apartment. I’m near every highway and can get to any place in Atlanta within 20 to 25 minutes. Only 12 minutes from the city Surrounding everything to do in great restaurants. Love being at the pool and enjoy the fire pit at night time. We’ve got the best maintenance men In the world. All of my work orders are done within a few hours and never a day waiting. Let’s not forget the staff, They are all simply amazing and helpful.

I’ve been living here for a year so far. The apartments are newly renovated and we have a newly renovated gym and pickle ball court. There’s also a pool open year round. Maintenance is great and usually answers by the next day to your requests. Highly recommend living here. I’ve had no issues and feel very safe.

The Dakota at Druid Hills is PARADISE! Me and my fiancée just moved here a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier! Being near Atlanta it’s hard to find a nice quiet community but the Dakota is truly an escape making it a great comforting place to live. Leasing office and maintenance team are also so amazing and very eager to help.

My boyfriend and I moved into the Dakota @ Druid Hills in December of '23 after relocating to the Decatur area. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartment complex was when we toured, so the decision to move here was a no-brainer.
Throughout our time here the front office has been paramount in our happiness; always answering any call, scheduling extra maintenance to ensure our happiness, and generally being lovely people to see around the complex every day.
Definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for a forever-home (as some residents have been here for yeeeears) or a stepping stone in the renting process!
