Not an urgent care. Also, I understand they don’t make the rules, but the ladies at the front desk hate their jobs and it’s super apparent. I hope they find jobs that they at least like. Avoid if you don’t have an appointment or it may be a waste of time.

Very happy with our visit here today. Made an appointment online for my mom to come in to the urgent care for flu symptoms. Our appointment was for 5pm on a Friday evening.

We were checked in and registered immediately and taken back to a room within 3 minutes. Vitals were taken right away and then the doctor came right in shortly after.

Dr. Isabell is amazing. He was very thorough and personable. I was in the room with my mom, but he took the time to introduce himself to me and make sure that my voice was heard as well.

An X-ray was ordered and a technician came promptly. Everyone knocked before entering the room and everyone introduced themselves so we knew who they were.

Every area we entered was very clean.

The waiting room is very large and a security guard is present at the front door. They have free WiFi and a charging station for your phone if you need some juice.

They use mychart here so you can see all of your health information online. You’re also sent home with a paper copy of the after visit summary.

What we thought was going to be a long, exhausting evening at urgent care turned out to be a quick and easy visit.

Highly Do not recommend! When seeing the doctor she has a timer set for when the appointment time ends. If you have any questions once the timer goes off she tell you to make an appointment for the next month to ask your question. She cancels in person appointments and change them to virtual but if your appointment isn't able to made virtual than you have to reschedule to her next available appointment which is months out. Instead of her booking you closer in date since she canceled the appointment. When in the room you are waiting an hour or longer to see her and when you are about 30 minutes late she tell you to reschedule which doesn't make sense because you only shortened your own waiting time for her anyway since she always take an hour to come into the room. If you aren't waiting in the room for an hour you are waiting in the waiting room for an hour and than another hour in the room. The wait times are way too long. The longest I have waited was 2 hours. Just as I was packing my stuff to leave the doctor walked in. Saying some of her patients took longer but yet set a timer with me for 15 minutes and dont answer all my questions after the timer goes off while im still there. While being cut short while in the room and in front of the doctor your time is very limited. My very first visit she can into the room and asked what am I in for I informed her it was a healthy visit first time visit and she said "oh, you're new, I didn't notice" meaning she don't know her patients and is just by the books. You won't get a personal feel for doctor to patient. The front desk receptionist are loud, talks unprofessional, make you wait until they finish their personal phones calls while at work before checking you in. Have personal phone conversations with eachother while checking you in.
I do not recommend going here. Maybe other doctors are better here, but I'm staying clear from this place. The doctor I had seemed to be more about money and not patient care making sure she gets paid for every minute. And not work a minute over. She even wanted me to come in when she wasn't there to get vitals done for a virtual visit. Why waste my time when I can't be seen in person. Vitals will get done when there is a inpatient visit not a virtual visit. She wanted vitals to be done and I have a virtual visit while in the room and on the computer with her while she wasn't in the office. What a joke and waste of time that would've been. Today was my last visit. I'll look else where for a doctor and better receptionists.

I am a new patient at the Homewood location and upon entry I was extremely pleased at the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I had interaction with was very friendly and helpful, including the security officer.

My doctor Z. St Jean is very nice, polite and seems to care about her patients. She has that personable touch, that some doctors have gotten away from.

I do recommend this location if you're looking for a clean, updated, friendly and caring clinic.

I’ve visited this location several times and didn’t have the best experience. Yesterday, I had to visit again for a throbbing headache and ear ache. Dr. Theodore Stern was incredibly helpful and kind and prescribed me an antibiotic for an ear infection. I hope he stays here! Thanks for being a great doctor!

Went with my Dad to this location for an urgent visit. The staff here were amazing. From the Security to the Doctor everyone was friendly. The facility is clean. My Dad was pleased with the service he received today. Thank you for taking great care of us

We came in as a walk-in because my nephew was not feeling well. They were going to go on lunch but the nurse took him in and took care of him instead. The receptionist & nurse were beyond helpful and polite. We are so pleased with the care provided here that my nephew will be seeing a primary care physician here going forward.

The doctor and medical assistant was very nice! But unfortunately the phone receptionist gave false information about the service that is provided here. I came very far here thinking this was a place that do CT Scan and Chest X-Ray when asked to phone receptionist she tells me yes they do it. Just to get all the way out there and get my insurance charged for a EKG and still end up having to go to the hospital in the Chicago for Care. Very unprofessional of phone reception Do better please.
